Great Bar-b-que is the key to long life!

Ok, maybe bar-b-que isn't really the key to long life but it sure is the best way I know of to spice up meats and veggies and give them their own unique tastes.

That being said, if you are looking for recipes that will make your taste buds sing, then look no further people.

Check out Dawg's BBQ Blog!

I've been drooling over those recipes and photos for an hour and now feel compelled to go grill a cow or at the very least a 100 pound fish.

Seriously, If you love great bar-b-que, which I do, then check out Dawg's page. His recipies are kickin'.

Grab some Bar-B-Que,slap on a Stevie Ray Vaughan cd and we're ready to party Southern style!

And for those of you that have alcohol driven bar-b-ques, don't forget the brewskis!

Kate's Bar-b-que menu for a smokin' good meal

This feeds a lot of people so invite family and friends or do this on a holiday. You can pick one main meat or another but I like to do at least two different sorts so that everyone can choose what they like. Variety is the key!

Chicken
Beef short ribs
Turkey sausage
Salmon
Cole slaw
Potato salad
Fresh Corn on the cob
Fire Roasted vegetables

Kick back and enjoy!
